            Franchek Law, LLC draws most of its clients as a result of referrals from other attorneys and repeat business for existing insurer clients. We practice in the areas of condominium law, divorce, representations of corporations and all kinds of businesses, to various types of litigation, break ups of close corporations. Mostly, however, we see ourselves as problem solvers. For the past 27 years, breaches of employment, non-competition agreements, breaches of the implied covenants of good faith and fair dealing, violations of Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93A and the like have been our stock in trade. Many of our cases involve claims of “undue influence” of one party, usually a child, over an elderly or otherwise infirm parent. We have also handled large personal injury cases such as a wrongful death claim which settled within eight months of the event for approximately $1.2 Million Dollars. Our largest judgment in the last few years was slightly over $8.8 Million Dollars, excluding interest.

            We try cases regularly and have been almost uniformly successful in achieving positive results for our clients.

            We regularly counsel our clients, and those we want to become our clients, not on how to instigate litigation, but rather on how to avoid it, solve their problems, and save thousands if not hundreds of thousands of their hard earned dollars to achieve an acceptable result. We find that our clients appreciate an up front analysis of the costs, both financial and emotional, before embarking on a course of legal action.

             Additionally, we specialize in finding, securing and collecting benefits from their existing policies of insurance to defray the cost of litigation. Most recently, this coverage for “defense costs” saved one of our clients approximately $6.75 Million Dollars.
